Expansion and optimisation of our 30,000 square feet one-world manufacturing facility enables us to offer a dedicated space for ink and coating formulation, GMP manufacture, innovation, training and storage.

Bespoke technology assertion, coupled with state-of-the-art complete traceability systems, unique processing and output optimisation, focused on new scientific milling and manufacturing technology has advanced our inks and coating development capabilities.

Our sole manufacturing site supplies our national home market and our international market, which consists of our sister facilities, Paragon Inks Americas and Paragon Inks Australia, our direct international customer base and our select one-world distributor network, covering over 67 countries across the world.

We understand that our UV inks and coatings are just part of the equation for our one-world customers to achieve high quality, consistent and cost effective products for their customers, brand owners and ultimately the consumer.

The other variables within the web printing process, from pre-press solutions to effective printing and converting are also vitally important. Because of this, we have long standing working relationships with some of the world's leading OEMs and co suppliers within the web printing market today.

Our twin focus of UV products and web printing application has allowed us to create and cultivate a pioneering world-class expertise in product, print, converting and application knowledge, for the packaging and product decoration markets which never stand still.

As a one-site-one-world producer, we carry out primary manufacturing of our own products, based on our own technology and innovation, using carefully selected raw materials coupled with bespoke processing techniques.

We are a multi ISO accredited company, and an active member of the European Printing Ink Association (EuPIA), the British Coatings Federation (BCF) and the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF).

All our products are quality controlled. We ensure that every batch made meets it’s bespoke specification, which can include up to 15 individual tests.

Colour consistency is one feature we take very seriously. And we operate a “zero” tolerance for colour on all our inks. One of the major benefits we deliver to all our one-world customers every day, ensuring batch-to-batch quality no matter which part of the world they are situated.
